  • The public site for the food truck, and the panel behind it.
  • People order in person at the truck, and online over WhatsApp.
  • The panel is on his iPad. A TV at the truck shows the order when it is ready.
  • He sees the orders in progress, and who is on the site.
  • He edits the site, chooses what to show, sets the hours, and closes the site during the rush.
  • He accepts an order in the panel and writes back on WhatsApp. When they arrive, the order comes up.

The US tariff is the real worry here. A wet October slows the last deliveries a bit. The Q3 sales were better than the papers made it sound.

  • A data desk that follows many listed companies at the same time, not just one.
  • It reads the financial papers and the notes of independent researchers, and puts them next to the hard numbers: the Q3 and Q4 results, the sales, the volume, how big each trade is, and where the losses are.
  • Then it looks at what most tools forget. The weather where the factories and the shoppers are. The tariff rules coming out of the US.
  • There is no AI in it. It is statistics, and rules we wrote and checked by hand.
  • The client gets a plain answer: how the market is treating the company, where it could go next, and why.
